Inner Warrior is led by Yvon Laplante, creator of the YOLA Training Method and the coach who built this program.

Three days with him is not three days of content. It is three days of being seen accurately by someone who has done this longer than most of the room has been in business.

Tuesday morning to Thursday evening, nine to five, in one room in Drummondville with Yvon and the people who chose the same three days you did.

You will not be lectured. You will be worked with — in front of the room, on the things you have been managing around for years.

Why three days matters.

Most transformation asks you to wait. Eight weeks, six months, a year of practice before anything shifts. Inner Warrior is the opposite bet: you walk in on the first day and walk out on the last day a different person to be in a room with. Whatever you were going to spend the next two years slowly discovering, you find out in this training.

You'll Bring a Blank Notebook. You'll Leave With a Book You Wrote.

We ask you to bring your own notebook, empty. Not a workbook, not a binder, not a slide deck with gaps to fill in.

Over three days you build it out from the first blank page — in your handwriting, in your words, about your life. Nobody hands you the answers because nobody else has them.

What you carry out of that room is the only copy that exists. Most participants still have theirs years later.

Fully Bilingual. Answer in the Language You Think In.

The room runs in French and English, both. You can ask a question in one and be answered in the other, and nobody translates you into a smaller version of yourself.

This work goes to places where your second language will not reach. You should not have to do it in translation.

You Will Leave With:

• Your own book — built from blank pages, in your handwriting
• The pattern named — the one that has been producing the same result under different circumstances
• A clear line between what is yours to carry and what never was
• A room of people who watched you do it — and who you can still call in a year

Before you register

What language is it in?

Both. The room runs fully bilingual in French and English throughout.

Where exactly is it?

Hotel Dauphin, 600 Boulevard Saint-Joseph, Drummondville, QC J2C 2C1. About an hour and a half from Montreal, an hour and a half from Quebec City.

Is the hotel included?

No — the $2,995 covers the training only. We hold a corporate rate at Hotel Dauphin for participants; write to info@wowacademy.ca and we'll send you the booking details. Most people staying over find it simpler than three days of driving.

What about meals?

Not included, and deliberately so — you eat what suits you. There's a restaurant in the hotel, a Baton Rouge, and several other spots within walking distance.

What should I bring?

A blank notebook. Your own — one you'd actually want to keep. That's the only thing you need.

What's expected of me?

All three days, fully present. This is not a program you can attend part of — the third day depends on what happened in the first two, and so does everyone else's third day. If October isn't protectable, the March 2027 intake will serve you better.

Can I bring my team?

Yes, and it changes what a team is capable of afterwards. Add seats in the quantity field above, or write to info@wowacademy.ca about a group rate.

Have I done enough to be ready?

There's no prerequisite. Inner Warrior stands on its own and people arrive at it from every direction — some before High Speed Performance, some after, some with no prior WOW Academy training at all.
