The High Speed Performance program has been delivered for 26 years to more than 100,000 leaders across Canada — CEOs, Presidents, HR and Operations executives.

This is not a new program. It is a proven one, and it is now WOW Academy's flagship training pathway for entrepreneurs and leaders.

You're Not Short on Effort. You're Short on Distinction.

You're working harder than the people around you and moving slower than you should be.

You know what to do. You've read the books. You've made the plans. And still — the same conversations stall, the same decisions get revisited, the same week gets away from you.

That isn't a discipline problem. It's a distinction problem.

To remain unlimited, you have to get really good at distinguishing what is in your way.

Most leaders never learn to do this. They add effort on top of a blind spot and call it commitment. High Speed Performance teaches you to see the blind spot instead.

Eight Weeks. Six Distinctions. One Completed Project.

Built on the YOLA Method developed by Yvon Laplante over 26 years of coaching leaders and coaching coaches.

It is not a workshop and it is not content. You are trained through action.

You arrive with a real project — something in your business that matters and hasn't moved. Over eight weeks you learn the six distinctions and apply each one to that project in real time. You leave with the distinctions and the project finished.

Two hours a week. Designed for people running companies. Live on Zoom, one session per week, no travel, no week-long offsite. The work happens inside your actual business, not away from it.

What You'll Learn — Week by Week

Weeks 1–2 · Performance

Focus your energy on the results that actually move the number. Most leaders are busy inside the wrong 80%. You'll find yours in the first session.

Weeks 2–3 · Listening For

The highest-leverage skill in leadership. Not listening to — listening for. Change what you listen for and the conversation changes before you say a word.

Weeks 3–4 · Cause to Effect

Move from reacting to what happened to creating what happens next. This is where leaders stop being managed by their week.

Weeks 5–6 · Negative vs. Positive Voice

Recognize the internal dialogue running underneath your decisions — and learn to shift it deliberately rather than hope it passes.

Weeks 6–7 · Who vs. What

Redefine leadership around who you are being, not only what you are doing. The distinction that changes how your team responds to you.

Week 8 · Fundamental Values

The full final week, on its own. Anchor your strategy in values that hold under pressure — trust, alignment, and decisions that don't need to be revisited.

What You'll Leave With

  • A completed project — the one that's been stuck, finished and shipped
  • A repeatable framework for making decisions without second-guessing them
  • Measurably better conversations with your team, your clients, and your partners
  • Clarity on your fundamental values and how they drive strategy
  • The six distinctions, permanently — these don't expire when the program ends

Come Ready to Be Trained

This is for you if:

  • You run a business, lead a team, or own your results
  • You have a real project that has been stuck longer than it should be
  • You're willing to be coached, not just informed
  • You can protect two hours a week for eight weeks

This is not for you if:

  • You're looking for tactics without changing how you lead
  • You want to attend passively and take notes
  • You can't commit to the full eight weeks

Before You Register

Do I need to have taken anything first?

No. High Speed Performance is the entry point to the Distinction-Based Leadership curriculum.

What's the attendance expectation?

One hundred percent. Not as a policy we enforce, but as the first thing you're training. Doing what you said you'd do is the ground the six distinctions are built on — and eight weeks of keeping your word to yourself is where most of the change comes from. Block the two hours before you register, not after.

I'm not in Montreal.

Everything runs on Zoom. Our clients are across Canada, the United States and Europe.

Can I send my team?

Yes, and teams get more out of it than individuals do.

What project should I bring?

The one you've been avoiding. Bring it to the first session and we'll shape it together.

If you're tired of doing the work of a person you haven't become yet — that's High Speed Performance.
