Anita Evans is a business coach, leadership educator, and co-founder and CEO of WOW Academy — World of Winners, a business coaching and leadership school dedicated to preparing entrepreneurs and leaders to create extraordinary value.

For over 12 years, Anita has trained more than 10,000 leaders and supported the management teams of over 250 companies — including Executive Directors, Vice Presidents of Operations, Human Resources professionals, and CEOs — through programs such as High-Speed Performance Levels I and II, Circle of Leaders, Inner Warrior, and other advanced entrepreneurial pathways. She also trains and certifies the next generation of business coaches to carry this work forward. And her relationship to this work runs deeper still: Anita has spent more than 25 years inside coaching rooms — first as a client, then as a colleague, and now as a leader of the school itself.

Her expertise centers on clarity, resilience, rigorous execution, and value creation — the essential competencies of entrepreneurship and leadership.

The Beginning

With a Bachelor's degree in Geography: Human Environment and a foundation in transformational learning, Anita began her leadership journey at age 22, when she mobilized 28 volunteers to serve meals at the Old Brewery Mission. That early act of service ignited a lifelong commitment to supporting individuals and organizations unlock their potential — transforming cycles of poverty into cycles of empowerment.

That commitment continues today. Her work has supported frontline organizations such as AJOI, Ricochet, La Maison Benoît Labre, and OnRock, where she coaches management teams to strengthen leadership, strategy, and impact.

The Philosophy

Anita works in close collaboration with Yulcoach, whose founder created the very training methodology WOW Academy delivers. Today, WOW Academy is accredited and recognized as an educational establishment in Québec — and Anita continues to build on that foundation, upholding the same standards of rigor, structure, and measurable outcomes in entrepreneurial and leadership training.

The Pilot

Anita is also earning her private pilot's license — and the sky has become her greatest teacher. Aviation, like leadership, runs on distinctions. The right ones make all the difference.
