Anita Evans | co-founder
Anita Evans is a seasoned business coach, community leader, and co-founder of WOW Academy – World of Winners, a training school dedicated to preparing entrepreneurs and leaders to create extraordinary value. Over the past 10 years, she has trained leaders from more than 65 businesses, including Executive Directors, Vice Presidents of Operations, Human Resources professionals, and CEOs, through programs such as High Speed Performance Levels 1 and 2, Circle of Leaders, and other advanced entrepreneurial pathways. Her expertise centers on clarity, resilience, disciplined execution, and value creation — the essential competencies of entrepreneurship and leadership.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Geography: Human Environment and a foundation in transformational learning, Anita began her leadership journey at age 22 when she mobilized 28 volunteers to serve meals at the Old Brewery Mission. That early act of service ignited a lifelong commitment to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential, transforming cycles of poverty into cycles of empowerment.
Her work has supported frontline organizations such as AJOI, Ricochet, La Maison Benoît Labre, and OnRock, where she has coached management teams to strengthen leadership, strategy, and impact. As a master of High Speed Performance, Anita once sustained a thriving practice of 65 business clients and now mentors other leaders and coaches to scale with both excellence and purpose.
Anita works in close collaboration with Yulcoach, whose founder created the very programs WOW Academy delivers. With Yulcoach recognized as an educational institution in Québec for over 10 years, Anita continues to expand on this foundation, ensuring that WOW Academy upholds the same standards of rigor, structure, and measurable outcomes in entrepreneurial training.

Over the past 26 years, he has coached coaches and businesses, creating over 20 transformative training programs, including High Speed Performance, Circle of Leaders, and Inner-Warrior. These programs, offered for over two decades, are designed for people who are committed to evolving and growing. Yvon’s work is rooted in the belief that "conversations create your world," inspiring countless individuals to step into their power.
