My perspective is backed by more than 35 years of experience building, leading, and advising businesses across financial services, retail, wholesale distribution, contracting, logistics, agriculture, and professional services. A former million-dollar financial-services producer and award-winning business development leader, I've recruited and trained more than 150 advisors and coached hundreds of entrepreneurs, professionals, and leadership teams — and I have the formal education behind it.
